Around 30 producers have been growing fresh and processed strawberries on around 600 acres in the fertile Fraser Valley for over 30 years. Typically, the June bearing varieties, like 'Totem', 'Rainier' and 'Puget Reliance' are available from early June till early July, while the day-neutral varieties, like Albion is available till early September.
Growers throughout the Lower Mainland are now harvesting their strawberries. Check a farm near you to get your juice, fresh, ripe and ready strawberries.
